The Upstream Culture Club is an enthusiastic group of employees who help promote and foster a positive and inclusive work environment that upholds our company values. The club organizes events and activities to bring employees together and support the communities where we live and work.
Upstream has teamed up with Life Science Cares Boston, a collective effort of life science companies to eliminate the impacts of poverty on our neighbors. Employees participate individually and as a company in volunteer opportunities from in-office drives to committing time and skills.
